Guillermo is a psychologist from the National Polytechnic Institute and has received complementary training courses in life skills from the National Addiction Campaign of the Ministry of Health. He has also received training as a community educator by the Center for Dynamic Dissemination in Seville, Spain and as a facilitator Of the Men Against Intrafamily Violence Program which is taught by the Training Center for the Eradication of Male Intrafamily Violence (CECEVIM) in San Francisco, California. At the moment, he is in the process of being certified as a course instructor by the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Competencies.

In terms of his professional experience, Guillermo collaborated in the National Commission against Addictions of the Ministry of Health in the program UNEME-CAPA, as well as on a workshop in the Foundation I Want To Live where he attended to victims of crime.


He is currently working at GENDES, A.C. as facilitator of groups of the CECEVIM-GENDES Model, where he also teaches awareness and training workshops on topics such as masculinities, sexuality, and human rights to various populations.
